Why Choose “Approved In Home Care”?

Family-Owned and Operated
Care decisions often involve the entire family.  We are a family-run company that offers a unique perspective on these important decisions. The McConnell family has been North Texas residents since the 1840′s, spanning over 16 decades.

Approved In Home Care is Not a Franchise
We own the company, without the operational restrictions of a franchised care company, so we have the flexibility to quickly adapt to your needs.

“The Caregivers Are Our Employees”
Unlike some senior care companies (who simply serve as a referral agency and do not employ their caregivers), all of our CNAs and caregivers are employees of Approved In Home Care.  We are responsible for their taxes and payroll filings.

We Are Always Available
It is Approved In Home Care’s strict policy that a supervisor and/or senior management staff are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year. No matter what time you call, an Approved In Home Care staff member will always be there.

Demonstrated Experience
As successful entrepreneurs in North Texas for years, we have the organizational strength to provide quality, dependable care for your loved ones.

Quality of Caregivers

Approved In Home Care’s caregivers are bonded, insured, and we are a state licensed PAS agency. We do all the background checks, paperwork, provide training, supervision, carry insurance, and ensure shifts are covered.

Problem Solvers

We have extensive experience with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson and Hospice patients.  We get the call when others were unable to get challenges resolved.
